These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of any products by you from П Е Н О В А /pзnova/ Knitwear. This site is owned and operated by Nikol Penova (the supplier, us, we).

Your use of this site and purchase of any product is subject to these terms and conditions and by using our website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are unhappy with anything, please contact nikolpenova@gmail.com or fill our contact form.

Orders

You do not need to create an account in order to purchase a product from us. However we will as ask for personal data such as name, address, email and contact number (please refer to our Privacy Policy).

When you place an order to purchase an item from us, your order is an offer to purchase these items, not a contract of sale. We are under no legal obligation to accept offers. After placing an order you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However this does not mean your order has been accepted.

Offers are accepted when we take payment from you, or when we dispatch the items, whichever is the sooner, and until then there is no contract of sale between us. If you decide to withdraw your offer you must contact us via the email address published in the contact page before payment is taken.
All items are one offs, therefore everything is subject to availability. For made to order items please fill in our contact form. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are no longer available.

You can pay by Debit, Credit Card, American Express, or Apple pay via Stripe, our secure gateway. You should note that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment. We are not responsible if your card issuer charges you an online handling fee or processing fee.

Cancellation accepted if you get in touch with us as soon as possible after you place your order and only if you’re item hasn’t already been shipped. If you cancel the contract we will refund all payments received from you, including cost of delivery.

Returns

We sincerely hope you will be happy with your purchase. We do not accept returns at this time due to the nature of the practice. However if there is an issue with your garment please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it.

We do not wish to expand our carbon footprint any further, however if your garment is defected or not the right fit, we can offer an exchange for an item of the same price or higher. Please bear in mind knitwear has a lot of flexibility therefore a garment can fit a variety of sizes (which are stated in the description). If you’re unsure about the fit please contact us for detailed measurements.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please contact us for a returns address.

Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges of unworn items only are accepted. If there are any issues with your purchase please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Accuracy

We take great care to ensure the descriptions of our products are correct, however we cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
